Following completion of his Bsc in Chemistry and Environmental monitoring and management, Nick joined the biocides regulatory team at SafePharm Laboratories in 2005 where he gained extensive knowledge of the biocides directive/regulation and the REACH legislation having been responsible for creation, submission and post submission regulatory support for a number of BPD active substance dossiers covering most product types and REACH Annex X dossiers. he was also actively involved in project management and dossier development for agrochemical Annex III dossiers. Nick eventually led the biocides and the REACH phase in teams before moving to Eurofins in 2012 where he was responsible for the biocides team.

In 2015 he moved to Industry, first at PelGar International, where he was responsible for all European non agricultural insecticide and repellent regulatory work and then as head of EU registration dep for a multinational animal safety company with a large interest in Veterinary disinfection 
 
Nick joined Arrow Regulatory in May 2023.
