Dangerous Goods

Organisations who carry dangerous goods by road may need to appoint a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA). Appointment of a DGSA may also be necessary if your company is involved in packing, loading, filling or unloading of dangerous goods.

We offer general consultancy on dangerous goods issues plus a formal DGSA service - Arrow Regulatory are able to perform the three main duties of the DGSA on behalf of your company:

  1. Monitor compliance with rules governing transport of dangerous goods by road.

  2. Advise on transport and associated activities with respect to dangerous goods.

  3. Prepare the mandatory report describing company-specific handling of dangerous goods.

Arrow Regulatory Limited is able to offer an integrated and tailored service that takes into consideration other relevant legislation such as REACH and CLP. This makes our experience particularly relevant when companies are required to appoint a DGSA but do not wish to bear the cost of a full time employee.
